What is your return and exchange policy?

If your product is defective, then we encourage you to return it for a refund.  We do not offer exchanges but we will refund your money allowing you to reorder.   

To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in its original condition. It should be unworn, unwashed, and free from any body odor or fragrance. We cannot provide a refund after 14 days of your purchase.

Upon receipt of your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Assuming it is unworn and odor-free, there should be no problem.  Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  It can typically take 3-5 business days to return to your card.  

When will my order ship?

All orders will typically ship within 2-3 business days of order date.

What if I receive a defective or wrong product?

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.  Please reach out to us immediately at: shop@210apparel.com with details about the issue, including your order number and a description of the problem (include a photo too). We will quickly assess the situation and work to resolve it by either providing a replacement, issuing a refund, or offering an alternative solution that meets your satisfaction. Your satisfaction is our priority!

I forgot to use my discount code, can I get a refund?

We understand that forgetting to apply a discount code can be frustrating. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to retroactively apply discount codes or issue refunds for the difference.
